Derek got a call from Scottie late Friday that his kickball team (yes....I said kickball...like from 5th grade) was short a player for the next day. We thought that this was a regular league game, but we were sadly mistaken! This was actually a tournament, they used 6 fields around Greenlake and had 50 teams involved! We didn't know that this was such a big deal....the tournament was run by Underdog sports, which also has something called "drinks on the links" which is miniature golf with booze...lol. The tournament was sponsored by some Greenlake bars, and there was a party bus that took people around to different bars and then to their kickball games....a recipe for total entertainment! At one point, I was watching a game that had the right fielder laying down and the left fielder holding an inflatable shark! I also saw a dude in gold spandex short shorts with another guy wearing a coconut bra!! We were very well behaved compared to everyone else!

We had a great day in the sun doing something totally random and super fun!! Lexi was a trooper with mommy...we had to take a few breaks and sit in the air conditioned car, but had a blast!
